Yes, you can delete your Cambridge Account or your child’s by submitting a request. To learn more about what a Cambridge Account is, read: What is a Cambridge account?
Before we delete an account, you need to know that:
- Once the deletion is completed, it cannot be undone
- If you choose to delete your parent account, all child accounts linked to your account will be permanently deleted too
- Any information connected to them, like materials, progress, and information, will be permanently deleted with the account
- Deleting your parent account will also remove access to other platforms like Cambridge Dictionary Plus, Cambridge One, English Shop, Cambridge.org and Cambridge GO, and delete any data stored on them if the same login credentials were used to register on those platforms.
To delete your Cambridge Account
Please fill out this form and include the following information to contact us:
- Email address associated with the account
- A brief explanation of why you want to delete it
- Please confirm you have read and agreed to the information above.
