Yes, you can delete your Cambridge Account by submitting a request. To learn more about what a Cambridge Account is, read: What is a Cambridge account?

Before we delete your account, you need to know that:

• Once the deletion is completed, it cannot be undone
• Deleting your account will also remove access to other platforms like Cambridge Dictionary Plus, Cambridge One, English Shop, Cambridge.org and Cambridge GO, and delete any data stored on them if the same login credentials were used to register on those platforms
• All materials, progress, and information related to the account will be permanently deleted.
  
  

To delete your Cambridge Account

Please fill out this form and include the following information to contact us:

• Email address associated with the account
• A brief explanation of why you want to delete it
• Please confirm you have read and agreed to the information above.

For child accounts: If your account was created by your parent or a school administrator, the deletion request must be submitted by them.
