It's simple to reset your password:
1. Choose on 'Forgotten your password?' on the login page
2. Enter the email address used to create your account and select ‘Reset password’
3. You'll receive an email with a ‘Reset password’ button. If you don't receive one, you can read: I have signed up but I haven’t received a verification email, what can I do?
Tips:
- If you use an email provided by your school and the password reset email is not reaching you, please ask your teacher for help
- Please note that the password reset link will be valid for 60 minutes after you request it
- If you have a child account, ask your parent or teacher for help.
