The verification email may have gone to your spam/junk folder, so check this first. If it's not there, try one or both of these actions:
- Ask for the email to be re-sent to you on the Login screen. Enter your details and then choose on ‘Resend verification email’
- It's possible you didn't type your email address correctly, so try signing up again.
Tip: Add noreply@cambridge.org and noreply@cambridgeone.org to your email address book and safe sender list (or ask your school network administrator).
