- Confirm that you entered the complete code, without adding any spaces
- Use the letter (Q) if you find a similar character because our codes do not include the number zero (0) or the letter (O)
- Use the link below your activation code. It will always direct you to the platform where your code can be activated.

If problems continue, contact us with the following:
- A photo of the activation code printed on the book or card
- A photo of the ISBN printed on the book (you can find this number on the back cover, next to the bar code. It will start with 978)
- Proof of purchase (receipt)
- Your username or email address.
