Adult students (16 years+):
No, for data security reasons they need to update their own account by following the steps here: How can I update my personal details on Cambridge One?
However, you can provide them with a temporary password if they need help to access their account.
To do this:
1. Find the class on your dashboard and choose 'Class data’
2. Locate your student’s name on the list, then choose 'Change password' from the three dots menu
3. Enter a new password and select ‘Change’
Please note: Students will be asked to create their own new password after logging in.
Child students (under 16 years):
These accounts do not have emails associated with them, but you can update their password by following the steps above.
This new password does not need changing by the student.
