Target score
Each course has a target score. Stars (or medals, for Primary or Secondary) show how the students have performed in an activity compared to the target score.
Average completion
This is the average number of activities completed by the students in the course. Solid colour shows the proportion of activities completed above the target score. Stripes show the proportion of activities completed below the target score.
Average score
This is the average score (out of 100) for all the activities the students have completed in the course. It takes the best score from each activity.
Average time spent
This is the average time the students have been actively engaged in activities in the course.
Progress so far
This shows a student's average score divided by the number of scorable activities in the class, multiplied by the number they have completed. Click on the information icon to see the grade achieved by the student. Note that this data only appears in classes with your school’s custom grading scale.
Activities completed
This is the number of activities completed out of the total number of activities in the course. Solid colour shows the proportion of activities completed above target score. Stripes show the proportion of activities completed below target score.
Activities completed above target score
This is the number of activities the students have completed with the target score or above.
Activities completed below target score
This is the number of activities the students have completed with a score below the target score.
Shaded medal
A shaded medal shows that the student has not started this activity yet. Their score for this activity may be rewarded with a bronze or gold medal.
Gold medal
This shows that the student has completed this activity with the target score or above.
Bronze medal
This shows that the student has completed the activity below the target score. They can repeat it to try to improve their score.
Check icon
This shows that the student has viewed this non-scorable activity.
Total time spent
This is the total amount of time that the student has been actively engaged in Cambridge One activities.
First score
The score the student achieved on their first attempt at an activity.
Best score
The highest score the student has achieved for an activity.
Attempts
The number of times the student has tried this activity.
Activity in progress
The student has started this activity.
Activity submitted
The student has submitted this Writing or Speaking task but you have not yet given a score.
Assigned activity completed
The student has engaged with this activity. There is no score because this is a non-scorable activity – for example, a video or a presentation.
Assigned activity completed above target score
This indicates that the student has completed this assigned activity with the target score or above.
Assigned activity completed below target score
This indicates that the student has completed this assigned activity below the target score.
On time assignment
The student completed this Assignment on or before the due date.
Late assignment
The student did not complete this Assignment before the due date. (The student can still complete the assignment after the due date, and as a teacher, you can change the due date.)
Assigned activity to mark
The student has done this assigned Writing or Speaking activity, but you have not yet given a score.
Teacher score
This is the score the teacher gave the student for the activity. It overrides auto-marked scores the student may have received for it in any previous (or future) attempts, and is the score that counts towards the overall score calculation.
