How are the Writing tests automarked?

We use a Writing tool specially developed by Cambridge University Press and Assessment, coded for a wide range of linguistic features. This has been programmed to compare new test scripts against a large bank of previous scripts, which have also been marked by human examiners. The tool analyses the features of each script to establish scores. Your students receive their results immediately after completion of the test.
