If a student has a book with a code that is scratched, damaged, or hard to read, you can guide students to contact us directly, or you may contact us on behalf of your students.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please make sure the following information is included:
- A photo of the damaged code
- A photo of the ISBN printed on the book (the number on the back cover, below the barcode that starts with 978)
- A copy of the proof of purchase (receipt).
After we receive this information, our team will reply with the next steps.
