Your book does not include online access
Not all books include a code for digital resources. If your book does not include one, it may be because you purchased a version that does not include online access.
To check this, please visit cambidge.org and search for your book using its ISBN (the number on the back of the book, below the barcode).
- Books tagged as 'Paperback' do not include a code for digital access
- Books tagged as 'Print/online bundle' include digital access
Your book may have a printing error
If your book should include a code but it's missing, it could be a printing error. We apologise for the inconvenience. To assist you quickly, please fill out this form with the following information:
- A photo of the ISBN printed on your book (the number on the back of the book, below the barcode, starts with 978).
- A photo of the book's page where the code should be printed
- A photo of the copyright/print details page
