You can use Cambridge One codes only once. Each code gives access to your course for a limited time and cannot be extended.
If your code has expired and you still need access to your online materials, you will need a new code. Your progress will not be lost.
Follow the instructions below:
If you are using 'My independent Learning'
You will need to buy a new book or activation code for your course. Visit our shop to buy activation codes for Cambridge One digital materials. You can also search on cambridge.org.
If you can’t find what you are looking for, please fill out this form and include:
- Email address or username associated with your account
- The title of your book or course
- A photo of the ISBN printed on your book (the number on the back of the book, below the barcode, starts with 978).
If your school or teacher gave you your code or book
Some schools provide students with the activation codes or books they need. If your school or teacher gave you your code or book, please ask your teacher for help.
Important: To keep your course progress, you must activate the new code using the same account. If you cannot see your progress after activating the new code, read: What does ‘Progress reset’ mean and how does it work?
