An activation code is a unique string of 16 numbers and letters, and can only be activated once.

• Activation codes are printed on the inside cover of your child’s Student's book or Workbook, or may be provided by the teacher. If your child belongs to a school, check with the teacher first.
• If you purchased the code online, it will be sent to you by email.
  Please note: If you bought the code on an iOS device and used the ‘Hide my email' function, the secure email generated by Apple will be different to your actual email, and we won't be able to send you the code.
